John 17:22–23 (NIV)

I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one - I in them and you in me - so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

1 Corinthians 1:10 (NLT)

Now, dear brothers and sisters, I appeal to you by the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ to stop arguing among yourselves. Let there be real harmony so there won’t be divisions in the church. I plead with you to be of one mind, united in thought and purpose.

  • We desire to be vigilant as it pertains to alignment. Jesus said a house divided against itself cannot stand.
  • We believe that repetition is a key to learning. Therefore, we review our “Playbook” every year.
  • A goal for this class is that you will be able to understand, agree, and support it in your ability to communicate it to those you lead in your groups and ministry.
  • As the culture changes we need to address those changes according to what we believe. We also make other adjustments that we feel the Lord would have us make to help us be better aligned as a team and our annual 301 environment is a key time and place to communicate these changes.
  • Every year we want to ask you, as leaders, to commit to the Lord and to the leadership here at RLM as we strive to fulfill the responsibilities we have agreed to.
  • The Elders and Staff at RLM entrust to you the care and leading of people and we want to be in agreement and have clear expectations of what that entails. We can then encourage and hold each other accountable to our part of the covenant.
