Network Member Church

NETWORK MEMBER CHURCH:

PURPOSE: To be a part of a cohort of 6-8 churches that want to collaborate and work together to walk out relational discipleship in their church

Network Member Church – Benefits:

Monthly Leadership Coaching WebinarMonthly 3 – 4 hour coaching session with a Mentor Coaching Church and 6-8 fellow members to build relationship and discuss topics such as vision casting, alignment, intentional leadership, creating relational environments and how to implement a reproducible discipleship process plus much, much more.

Access to a “Leadership Toolbox”: You will be given a login and password to download many resources and tools. These are the same resources and tools that have been created by and are currently being used by churches leading this relational discipleship movement!

Personal E-mail Mentoring: Ongoing mentoring via email or private social network with your Mentor Coaching Church!

A Micro-Network (Brotherhood)A group of 6-8 church leaders, who can work together, collaborate and be accountable to creating churches that want to make disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus!

DiscipleShift2 TrainingThis training will help flush out any areas of misalignment and help facilitate key leadership being on the same page working for the same mission. It will also give a clear roadmap as to steps needed to walk out relational discipleship over next 6-12 months. Your churches key leadership needs to participate in a DiscipleShift2 (DS2) within 3-6 months of membership into the RDN. DS2 Cost: $1500 (plus travel expenses for two facilitators.)

Network Member Church – Requirements & Cost:

REQUIREMENTS:
•   Complete DiscipleShift1 training
•   Personal Invitation
•   Sign the Network Member Agreement

COST:
•   0 – 500 average weekend attendance: $250/month

•   501 – 1000 average weekend attendance: $350/month
•   1001 + average weekend attendance: $450/month
